By using our Alter x services or making a purchase of Fashion product or accessories, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions of this Return and Exchange Policy.

Failure to do so within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours from the time of receipt of this document and your acceptance of this document by clicking “I ACCEPT” or “ACCEPT & CONTINUE” button shall be considered as your understanding of this document.

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for Exchange or Replacement. We are here to help.

 

Note: In case your order for a fashion product or accessories rejected or cancelled for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide to us before shipment, even after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the Purchase price.

 

At Alter x, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. However, on rare occasions, Products may be found to be faulty or deficient. In such cases, we offer exchange facilities in accordance with this Policy.

POLICY OVERVIEW

 

  1. This Website with the URL of Alter-x.com (the “Website/Site”) is owned and operated by Alter x having its registered office at C4c/307, Janak Puri, New Delhi, Delhi, India – 110058 and .registered under Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, 1954.
  2. By visiting our Website and accessing the information and fashion products or accessories we offer, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the terms and conditions as stated in the Terms and Conditions (please refer to the Terms and Conditions Policy link of this Website for more information).
  3. We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

 

    GENERAL TERMS

     

    1. The facility of returning of a product or accessories shall not applicable to the international purchase or orders. Also there are no return facility available in India too. However, a customer may request for an exchange if it is ordered in India.
    2. Alter-x.com does not offer refund for a product or accessories ordered through its website.
    3. All returns for exchange of Fashion Products and Accessories must be postmarked within Ten [10] days of the purchase date of that fashion products and accessories.
    4. Upon receiving the exchange request, we shall verify the request and if found genuine, we will arrange a pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider.
    5. We expect that customers must pack the fashion products or accessories properly along with all tags and labels to prevent any damage during the transit.

     

          REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE

           

          1. Alter-x.com does not offer return or refund for a product or accessories throughout the world. However, a customer in India may request for exchange of a product if the customer does not satisfy with measurement or size of the product.
          2. To return an item for exchange, please email customer service at info@Alter-x.com or request us through the “Exchange Product” section in your account on Alter-x.com to obtain an approval for the exchange request.
          3. Replacement or Exchange can be made if the customer establishes that the product or accessories was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 Hours of receipt of the product.
          4. To be eligible for an exchange, your returned item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, if there are any. Additionally, your item needs to have the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.
          5. We also offer an exchange or replacement for the damaged product or collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, provided that you contact us within 24 Hours of the receipt of the product, or if it meets with our requirements of exchange.
          6. Any damaged product or accessories must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product or accessories.

           

                  RESPONSE TIME

                   

                  1. After receiving your return shipment for exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange, as per your request. Please allow at least Fifteen [15] days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
                  2. Our Policy offer an exchange within Fifteen [15] days, only if your purchased products or accessories are eligible for it. Alter x start exchange process immediately after return request for exchange is approved. We will notify you by email when your return for exchange has been processed.
                  3. We will not process a return for exchange if you have placed the order for the wrong product model, color, or incorrect product or accessories intentionally. We offer exchange for a product only if it does not fit or any measurement or size issue occurred.

                   

                  EXCEPTIONS

                   

                    Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide exchange or replacement for a fashion product or accessories you purchased if:

                    1. The product or accessories you purchased is an item offered during sale or as a promotional item. (i.e. Discounts, Giveaways etc.)
                    2. If the Product or the accessories has been used.
                    3. If you used the Product or the accessories in a way which is not authorized and against the provisions of this Policy.
                    4. If you knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the Product or Accessories before you purchased it.
                    5. If the Product or the Accessories is attempted to return for exchange after the return window for exchange is closed or the period expires.

                     

                    CANCELLATION OF EXCHANGE REQUEST

                     

                    1. A return request for exchange of any Product or Accessories purchased by you through Alter-x.com can be cancelled by visiting your Account>Orders>Return of a Product for exchange>Cancel Return Request for exchange on Alter x.
                    2. You may also cancel your return request for a product or accessories by contacting customer care at +91 9873160634 or by writing mail to us at: info@Alter-x.com.

                     

                    REFUSAL OF RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST

                     

                      At Alter-x.com, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request for exchange if such a request is not in compliance with this Policy or if the claims for the exchange founds disputable.
